TRAINING THE ELDERLY. I currently have six clients over the age of 70, the oldest being 90 years young. I specialize in teaching balance, improving strength and stamina and re-programming the mental outlook of older adults. I create the safest environment in which to work and challenge my clients. It's been the most rewarding part of being a trainer. There's no better feeling than watching someone who thought they couldn't do a host of activities excel at them after working hard. TRAINING KIDS. I also specialize in training children in sports specific activities like speed, quickness, agility, strength and stamina for Judo, soccer, lacrosse, wrestling, rugby, football basketball and more... TRAINING ATHLETES. Training athletes takes a keen eye and sensitivity on the part of a trainer. You want to challenge the athlete, be able to analyze what needs improvement and build their strength, stamina, agility, power, quickness, speed and flexibility and push them to their limits without overtraining. A good trainer needs to be able to understand their athlete's physical and mental capabilities and build on them. And of course I train the average adult too!
